Virement of appropriation for parliamentary bodies

The chief executive officer of a parliamentary body may, in writing and without further appropriation than this Act, authorise the transfer of any unspent amount in an appropriation category within a head of appropriation administered by the body to another appropriation category within that head of appropriation.
