(1) This Part has effect subject to the Reserve Bank of Fiji Act (Cap. 210).
(2) Without limiting any power of the Minister to delegate powers under this Act, the Minister may delegate his or her powers under this Part to the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
(3) The Minister may appoint the Reserve Bank of Fiji as agent for the Government for any of the purposes of this Part.
