(1) Agencies must comply with the competitive procurement procedures outlined in these Instructions when procuring goods, services or works for rehabilitation purposes.
(2) Agencies requiring additional funds for rehabilitation purposes shall seek redeployment or supplementary appropriations from the Ministry of Finance.
