(1) The procurement authorities delegated to Chief Executive Officers and tender boards when procuring goods, services or
works are as follows:

The limits in provision 11(1) apply to
the total value of goods, services or works to be obtained from a single
supplier or consortium for a particular project or contract. A single
requirement must not be artificially split into a number of procurements for
the purpose of obtaining a lower level of approval.
(3)
The Chief Executive
Officers must have regard for the level of
skills and experience of officers when delegating procurement authorities and
must ensure that each officer does not exceed his or her limits.
(4)
Each delegation of procurement
authority shall be documented in the agency’s
Finance Manual.
