Preparing the Business Plan

• Before the end of October each year, the TMA Manager shall prepare a draft business plan documenting the planned performance and profit target for the following year.
• The TMA Manager shall make a presentation of the draft business plan to the CEO and senior management of the agency in the first week of November.
• Upon endorsement of the business plan, the CEO shall submit a copy of the business plan to the Ministry of Finance by 30 November.
• The TMA Manager shall be responsible for informing staff of the approved plan to ensure an understanding of what is required from them for achieving the targeted performance level.
