Payment of previously unclaimed money

If unclaimed money is paid into the Consolidated Fund and a state entity afterwards pays the whole or a part of that amount to a person claiming it, the amount paid to the claimant is to be refunded to the entity from the Consolidated Fund , without further appropriation than this Act.
