(1) The Secretary of the relevant tender board shall issue all local tenders for the
supply of goods, services or works.
(2) Local tenders shall be advertised in at least two daily
newspapers for a minimum of two days.
Whenever possible, local tenders are also to be advertised on a
government website or through other means as are considered appropriate, but
should clearly specify that the tenders are only open to local suppliers.
