(1) The Secretary of the relevant tender board shall issue all international tenders for the supply of goods, services or works.
(2) All international tenders for the supply of goods must be made in consultation with the Controller.
(3) All international tenders shall be advertised in at least two overseas newspapers. Whenever possible, tenders shall also be advertised on a government website or through other means as are considered appropriate.
All
international tenders must also be advertised locally, as required under
provision 13(2).
