Conditions of delegation or sub-delegation

(1) A power, function or duty delegated under this Act may be exercised or performed only in accordance with any conditions to which the delegation is subject.

(2) A power, function or duty sub-delegated under this Act may be exercised or performed only in accordance with any conditions to which the delegation or sub-delegation is subject.
