Where goods, services or works are
regularly required by the agency, the Chief Executive Officer shall request
the Central Tender Board to issue an
annual tender for that particular good, service or works.
2)
All annual contracts are to be
tendered annually to allow agencies to
obtain the best value for money for the goods and services being supplied.
